Terms
Estimates and quotes
Service descriptions and pricing on this website are estimates. Every project is priced individually after an on-site visit, and the written quote you receive after that visit is the price that governs your project. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued; after that we may need to re-quote to reflect current material and labor costs.
Scope of work
The written quote defines the scope of work: materials, rooms, preparation, and cleanup. Conditions discovered after work begins, such as hidden subfloor damage or moisture problems, are discussed with you and priced as a written change before any additional work is done.
Workmanship
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Specific warranty terms for your project are provided in writing with each quote. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you as issued by the manufacturer.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and the payment schedule, are stated in your written quote. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
